Sacramento – Senator Andy Vidak (R-Hanford) announced today that Weston Anderson has been hired as district representative in Vidak’s Hanford office, effective April 4.
Anderson most recently worked as a sub-foreman at Labor-Time in Huron, where he assisted in the shipping process for different produce seasons and was responsible for cold storage food safety.
Prior to that, Anderson worked as a field manager for GOCO Consulting, LLC in Hanford, as a field tester for Prime-Dirt in Woodlake and as an electrician for Central Valley Electric in Visalia.
“I am honored and thrilled to start this journey with Team Vidak. Agriculture is my passion, and to work for a senator that shares those Central Valley values is incredible,” said Anderson.
Anderson attended Central Valley Christian High School in Visalia and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech University.
“Weston’s strong background and education in agriculture, and his commitment to helping preserve our Valley way of life is an asset that helps Team Vidak serve the folks of Senate District 14,” said Vidak.
